See you later Italy, France, USA.. and blah blah blah. Listen, the games today are going to knock you off your feet. I cannot believe these are second round games. Don’t miss these two matches. These four teams are so good, any of them could win the world cup.
We like England to suprise everyone and beat Germany (England hasn’t played well this World Cup.. unless Germany scores early.) and Argentina to squeak out a win against Mexico.

Will the defending World Cup champs fail to pick up a victory once again? Ba bye italy? God I hope not. Will Lippi be smart enough to finally start Di Natale? Will Pirlo play? Call in sick tomorrow and watch some great soccer games on television.

Oh what a Sunday it will be. Italy, Brazi and the Ivory Coast play in the same day. Italy is desperate for a win but will be playing without (again) their playmaker Pirlo, and goalie (best in the world) Buffon. Will Coach Lippi leave the Italian league’s leading scorer on the bench again? If Slovakia or Paraguay win at 7am and pick up 3 precious points, Italy will be in big big trouble. Who knows maybe Lippi will put in 5 forwards and even bring back Roberto Baggio for this game.
Brazil plays the Ivory Coast in the afternoon. In case you didn’t notice, this is not the dominating Brazil that you see every four years in world cup play. Ivory Coast will be a tough opponent for them. Though they are ranked 27th in th world, they have Didier Drogba who has a rocket shot, is big and fast, and can score score score and score. Can you say GOOOOOAL? Sorry, got carried away. Anyway he happens to be the best player in Africa. Watch out Brazil. Sunday games below.
4 World Cup Games Tuesday
Make/View Comments (8 comments so far)Jerry strikes again. Read the article posted below this one. As you can see we are big fans of the French. Four years ago it was Zidaine making an ass out of himself in the World Cup by blaming Materazzi for his expulsion. Then it was the hand ball which got them into the world cup. This time around it’s everyone from the players to the guy that cleans their bidet’s disgracing their country. France, please pack your bags and go home. Now onto the games for Tuesday June 22, 2010. So, will you be cheering for France Tuesday morning?

5 players you need to watch at World Cup

1. Lionel Messi (Argentina) – The best player in the world and still only 22 years old
2. Cristiano Rolando (Portugal) – Sure he’s known to take a dive once in awhile, and there is a lot of pressure on him this World Cup but this is a guy that can produce goals out of nowhere!
3. Didier Drogba (Ivory Coast) – A rocket shot, big and fast, and the best player in Africa. Expert the Ivory Coast to do well this world cup.
4. Xavi (Spain) – Spain is loaded, yes we know that. He’s very creative and controls the pace of the game, and can do so much more.
5. Arjen Robben (Netherlands) – Will the Dutch finally do it this time? Their roster is stacked but we’ve heard that before. Another player with a scary left foot than can score everytime he touches the ball.
